This document describes how the Website is managed with reference to the processing of your personal data carried out by the Data Controller, as defined below. Please note that this Notice refers exclusively to the Website; therefore, any other website you may be redirected to from the Website is excluded.
- WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER AND THE DPO?

The updated list of data processors and persons authorized to process data is kept at the Controller’s registered office.
- WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA? WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING?
“Personal Data” means information capable of identifying, directly or indirectly, a natural person — in this case, you, while browsing the Website (“Data”).
- The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
- This category of data includes IP addresses, domain names, URI addresses, request times and methods, file sizes, server response codes, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computing environment.
- Your Data may be collected and processed for the management and administration of the Website, while always ensuring adequate protection measures and privacy compliance.
- HOW WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE PROCESSED?
Processing will be carried out using paper, computer, and electronic tools, in ways strictly related to the purposes indicated and in compliance with Article 32 of the GDPR. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union or disclosed.
- WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?
The Website’s server farm is located in Germany. Your Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Should this become necessary, adequate measures will be taken to ensure protection.
- HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
Data will be retained for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes described above. Log data may be retained for a longer period if needed to manage possible offenses against the Website.
- WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?
Under Articles 15–21 of the GDPR, you may exercise the following rights:

These rights may be exercised by contacting the Controller using the references indicated in point 1. The Controller will respond within one month of receipt. Exercising your rights is free of charge unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
